Barbour Falls

Barbour Falls, named after Harry Barbour who served as a Forest Ranger in the area for over 25 years, is an easy scenic trail. There is a short side-trail down to a pool and smaller falls, some distance above the main falls.

Activities

Hiking/Snowshoeing

This 2.5 km easy trail will take about 1.5 hours.

Skiing

In winter it is sometimes possible to ski up the spectacular Barbour Canyon near the base of the falls.

Link Hike

This trail is often planned for the same time as Nesbitt’s Knee Falls.

Warnings

Drop-offs are steep and there are no barricades.  It is a very steep scramble down to the creek level and not generally recommended.
